Special shoutout to Mohannad at reception—he was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went the extra mile with every request. Whether it was local tips or check-in assistance, he made everything smooth. The location is also convenient for getting around town, and the value for money is excellent. I’d definitely stay here again if I return to Jeddah.

My stay at Mera Park Hotel was disappointing overall. The customer service was notably poor—staff were unresponsive and seemed disinterested in assisting with basic requests. Even simple inquiries took too long to address, which made the check-in process frustrating. While the room was clean, the facilities felt outdated, particularly the air conditioning, which didn’t cool effectively during the night, leading to a restless sleep. The location is convenient for reaching downtown by metro, but that’s about the only positive. For the price, the experience simply doesn’t justify the cost. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you’re truly in a pinch.
