The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help; they cleaned our room promptly whenever we asked, without being intrusive. I truly appreciated the attention to detail. The location is great—close to public transit and downtown, making it easy to explore the city. One small suggestion: I’d love if the management could designate specific times for women-only pool access. I really wanted to swim but felt uncomfortable using the pool during mixed hours. That said, this place absolutely deserves 5 stars. It’s not just a hotel—it’s a home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Jeddah!
