Without any prior planning, he helped us book a helicopter ride and a rejuvenating spa treatment—all spot-on recommendations. When we mentioned feeling a bit under the weather, he promptly arranged ginger tea for us, which was such a kind touch. Room service was fast and efficient, always arriving exactly when needed. This was hands-down our best hotel experience in Sanya so far. The only regret? We didn’t stay longer! The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive—the concierge team, especially Xigua and Xiaoxue, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. From personalized touches to prompt service, every detail felt thoughtful. This place truly delivers on comfort, location, and hospitality. I’d absolutely come back again.
