The only minor suggestion would be to provide higher-quality toilet paper and more fresh rolls, plus extra napkins and kitchen towels—especially since we were cooking and eating meals in the apartment. That said, we couldn’t have asked for more. The location, comfort, and overall vibe made it a standout choice. We’ll definitely be back to Porto—and this will be our go-to accommodation again.

The breakfast is outstanding: diverse, hearty, and served in-room upon request. I scheduled my delivery time ahead, and they arrived right on time—very convenient and thoughtful. The kitchenette comes with all necessary utensils and includes a small fridge, which was super handy for storing snacks and drinks. Room cleanliness is solid, and housekeeping service is reliable. Staff at reception are friendly and helpful whenever needed. Though we didn’t explore much beyond the hotel, the experience was excellent overall. The property was disappointing from the very first moment. The apartment felt dirty, damp, and had a musty smell throughout—definitely not well-maintained. The owner was unresponsive and offered little help despite our concerns. We were misled by the listing, which promised a hot tub, but there was none—no mention of this in the actual photos or description. Also, there were no views at all from the windows, so even if you wanted to enjoy the surroundings, there was nothing to see. The overall condition was far below what we expected for the price. If you're looking for a clean, welcoming stay in Porto, this isn't it. Not recommended.
