When I arrived, the front desk staff were unfriendly and couldn’t locate my booking despite having reserved in advance through their partner platform. They demanded extra payment, which was unacceptable. The location is poorly managed—no proper parking facility, just roadside spots with no guarantee of availability. It’s risky and inconvenient. Overall, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. I won’t be returning, and I definitely don’t recommend this property to anyone.
