The atmosphere is welcoming, and every staff member I’ve interacted with has been exceptionally courteous—especially the front desk team, Ms. Rudrrani and Ms. Philomina, who consistently go above and beyond. The rooms are beautifully decorated and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and stylish retreat. My only small suggestion would be to install a handheld showerhead in the bathroom for added convenience during bathing. Despite that minor detail, the overall experience remains outstanding. With its prime location, excellent service, and consistent quality, this hotel continues to be my top choice in Kolkata.

That said, the hotel’s location is excellent—conveniently close to downtown with easy access to local transport. Despite a few minor drawbacks, the overall experience was good, and the value for money makes it worth considering.

Located just a short walk from Quest Mall, the hotel is perfectly situated for exploring major tourist attractions in and around the city—everything’s within easy reach whether you’re walking or hopping on a local ride. The only minor drawback was the lack of an elevator; we were on the third-floor penthouse room, which meant climbing three flights of stairs each time. That said, the room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. There’s no in-house dining, but they do provide plates, cutlery, and even help with ordering food from nearby restaurants or via online delivery—so it’s easy to enjoy meals without leaving the room. With its great location, welcoming staff, and quiet atmosphere, this place offers real value for money. If you're visiting Kolkata, I’d definitely recommend staying here again.

Even though his monologue felt like speaking into thin air, his subtle, sly comebacks were genuinely amusing. Despite that minor quirk, the hotel’s professionalism shone through. They were courteous, thoughtful, and even sweetly invited us back—a gesture that speaks volumes about their confidence and commitment to guest experience. One thing to note: the street outside can be dangerously fast—just as I was trying to give directions to an Uber driver, I saw a car speeding recklessly, chasing its own exhaust pipe! Definitely keep your eyes open when stepping out. Overall, this place nails the balance between elegance, character, and genuine hospitality.
