The location is absolutely perfect—right near all the action and super easy to get around by public transit. Valet parking was efficient and friendly, making check-in a breeze. The pool area is spacious, clean, and relaxing—ideal for unwinding after a long day. The room itself was huge, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable, especially the bed. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed, and the overall experience was top-notch. I’d definitely stay here again—truly a standout choice.

Overall, I was really disappointed with my stay. The elevators were painfully slow, especially during peak hours—waiting felt like an endless loop. The valet parking service was one of the worst I’ve experienced; on our first night, a phone charger I left in the car went missing. We arrived with three cars, but were unexpectedly told there was a limit of one vehicle per reservation—a detail never mentioned during booking. We ended up paying $80 per day for parking, which felt completely unreasonable. To make matters worse, instead of the valet bringing the car to the front entrance, we had to walk up to the second floor ourselves to retrieve it—defeating the whole purpose of valet service. Even more surprising was being required to take out our own trash from the room, which isn’t something you’d expect at this price point. It made the experience feel undermanaged and impersonal. For the cost, I expected better service, cleanliness, and transparency—especially around parking and amenities.
