Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the airport, with several restaurants and a small convenience store right nearby. The airport shuttle service was prompt and well-timed, which is exactly what you’d expect from a great airport hotel. The staff were friendly and professional, making check-in and check-out smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained—especially the bed, which made for a restful night’s sleep. I appreciated the thoughtful touches that made the stay feel personal without being over-the-top. Perfect stay after a cruise and before a morning flight. We were lucky to check in at 10:30 AM, which gave us plenty of time to freshen up and relax. The free shuttle to the airport is a huge plus—no stress, no hassle. Best part? You can use the pool at the neighboring Courtyard hotel, just across the parking lot. It’s quiet, well-maintained, and perfect for unwinding. Great location, friendly staff, and excellent value. Definitely recommend this place if you’re connecting through Miami Airport.

The hotel’s location is excellent—right near the airport yet still close to downtown Miami, making it super convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The bed was comfortable, the room clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and responsive. One small note: towels and linens aren’t automatically replaced—just need to request them at the front desk. That said, it didn’t affect my stay negatively. With its smart layout, easy access, and solid comfort, this place offers fantastic value. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to others.

We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and stayed on a high floor with an absolutely stunning view of Blue Lagoon. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed—perfect for relaxing after a long day. Breakfast was exceptional: a wide variety of delicious options, from fresh pastries to local favorites and international dishes. Every bite was satisfying. The location is also very convenient for airport transfers, and the overall experience was flawless. Definitely a top choice for any traveler visiting Miami.

The stay was extremely disappointing. The bed sheets were visibly dirty and had hair scattered all over them, which was really off-putting. The bathroom rug was even worse—there were nail clippings embedded in the fabric. The walls and baseboards were covered in grime, giving the impression that the unit hadn't been properly cleaned between guests. To make matters worse, one of the beds collapsed on the first night, making it unsafe to sleep on. While the location is convenient for airport access and public transit, the overall cleanliness and maintenance are unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone looking for a decent, hygienic place to stay. Poor value for money, and definitely not worth the price.
