Everything else was perfect. The staff were quiet, calm, friendly, and always ready to help. The entire property was spotless, from the rooms to the common areas. There’s a lovely little garden, and my room even had a balcony overlooking a peaceful green space — perfect for morning coffee or just unwinding. The bathroom itself was impressive: a generous soaking tub and a spacious shower. Breakfast? Simply heavenly — rich, fresh, and made with care. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat whenever I’m back in Delhi. A truly memorable experience.

The lobby feels outdated and dimly lit, and the room furnishings are worn and dated. The air conditioning unit is extremely noisy, running constantly through the night and disrupting sleep. The mattress is uncomfortable with noticeable springs that creak with every movement. Staff responses are slow and lack initiative when assistance is needed. Water pressure in the bathroom is low, and hot water supply is inconsistent—often requiring long waits for a proper shower. While the location is a plus, the poor quality of amenities and service significantly reduces value for money. This is only suitable for a quick overnight stay if you're on a tight budget. I wouldn't recommend it for families or travelers seeking comfort and reliability.

There was no hot water in the bathroom, faucets were leaking, towels were stained and dirty, and there was no working TV. The lack of basic upkeep made the experience uncomfortable and frustrating. This property shouldn't be listed at all if the information is misleading. It's clear the photos don't reflect reality, and guests deserve better transparency. Please reconsider how properties are displayed to avoid false expectations.
