This is our second visit to The Lodhi, and it still feels like coming home. From the moment we arrived, the level of service exceeded every expectation. Hotel White Palace ( Near to Nizamuddin Railway Station )
The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from Nizamuddin Railway Station, making it easy to access by metro or local transport. However, the overall condition is disappointing. The lobby feels outdated and dimly lit, and the room furnishings are worn and dated. The air conditioning unit is extremely noisy, running constantly through the night and disrupting sleep. The mattress is uncomfortable with noticeable springs that creak with every movement. Staff responses are slow and lack initiative when assistance is needed. Water pressure in the bathroom is low, and hot water supply is inconsistent—often requiring long waits for a proper shower. While the location is a plus, the poor quality of amenities and service significantly reduces value for money. This is only suitable for a quick overnight stay if you're on a tight budget. I wouldn't recommend it for families or travelers seeking comfort and reliability.

My stay was extremely disappointing. The actual rooms looked nothing like the photos on the website—dusty, outdated, and poorly maintained. There was no hot water in the bathroom, faucets were leaking, towels were stained and dirty, and there was no working TV. The lack of basic upkeep made the experience uncomfortable and frustrating. This property shouldn't be listed at all if the information is misleading. It's clear the photos don't reflect reality, and guests deserve better transparency. Please reconsider how properties are displayed to avoid false expectations.

Jukaso Inn
I'm Rajehg Kumar from Gurgaon, and yesterday (September 20, 2016), I paid 35,000 INR in cash at the Jukaso Inn in Gurgaon, near Maharanapratap Chauk, Sector 14, using two debit cards (Yes Bank: 25,000 INR, SBI: 10,000 INR) to join a 5-year membership program. At the time, Rahul Rao, Aswani from Munger, Bihar, and Nitin as manager were present. However, once I returned home, I started researching online and was shocked to find numerous reviews warning about fraud and questionable practices linked to Jukaso. I now want to cancel my membership and get my money back, but the team has been unresponsive and unhelpful. The staff showed no accountability or transparency, which is extremely concerning. I strongly urge anyone considering joining or investing with them to do thorough research first—don’t just rely on what’s said in person. Always check public feedback and verify credibility before handing over any money. This experience has been deeply disappointing, and I’m still trying to recover what I lost.
