I can't recommend this hotel enough—it's absolutely fantastic! The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from Naama Bay beach, so you're right there when you want to hit the sand and sea. The food is excellent, and the service? Top-notch—every staff member goes above and beyond. Special thanks to Ahmed at the terrace—he was always attentive and friendly. Shirma from the beauty salon made me feel like family; my massage and hammam experience was nothing short of amazing. Hazem by the pool was incredibly warm, thoughtful, and had such a great sense of humor—so much fun to be around. The front desk team were incredibly helpful, especially when my mom needed extra support due to health issues—they were there for us every step of the way. Emad, the concierge, was professional, kind, and genuinely welcoming. And a huge thank you to Saied Farouk from the restaurant—he showed such genuine hospitality and care that it truly stood out. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated. I’ve already booked my return trip—this place has earned a permanent spot in my heart.

This resort exceeded all my expectations! The property is beautifully landscaped with lush greenery everywhere—feels like a peaceful oasis. The à la carte restaurants offer delicious food in a warm, inviting atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Everything was spotless and incredibly comfortable. As a family with young kids, we were thrilled by the wide range of water slides and the excellent kids’ club. My daughter turned 7 during our visit, and the team went above and beyond to organize a surprise birthday celebration—complete with decorations, cake, and fun activities. It made her day unforgettable. The attention to detail, the serene vibe, and the overall quality make this place truly special. I’ve stayed at many resorts around the world, but this one stands out as a top-tier experience. Without hesitation, I’d give it a perfect 10/10 and absolutely recommend it. Staying at Continental Gardens Reef in Sharm El Sheikh was an absolute delight! The location is perfect—just a short walk from everything, and the airport shuttle made getting there so convenient. I stayed in room 8267, which was spotless and well-maintained, with daily cleaning that left every corner sparkling. The staff, especially Mustafa and the manager, went above and beyond with their warm, attentive service—always smiling, always helpful. There’s a great bar, a dedicated kids’ area, and plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. Everything about this hotel feels thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. If you’re looking for a peaceful yet vibrant getaway with excellent value, this is it. Highly recommended—I’ll definitely be back!

The service was exceptional—no request went unattended, making it a truly relaxing getaway without the crowds or rush. The golf cart made getting around the resort effortless and convenient. Dining was outstanding, with delicious food and excellent variety. The beds were incredibly comfortable, perfect for a restful night’s sleep. A major plus: free shuttle service to other Rixos hotels in Sharm El Sheikh, including Ricos Premium Seagate, which made exploring nearby options easy. The hotel also arranged a private driver, adding extra convenience. Having stayed at several Rixos properties before, this one stood out as the best in terms of service. Special thanks go to Mr. Hanna Adxl, Mehmet Bülbül, Chef Mehmet, Ekrem, and the front desk team—especially the night-shift staff who were always present and welcoming. Their dedication made our stay unforgettable.
