To make matters worse, instead of the valet bringing the car to the front entrance, we had to walk up to the second floor ourselves to retrieve it—defeating the whole purpose of valet service. Even more surprising was being required to take out our own trash from the room, which isn’t something you’d expect at this price point. It made the experience feel undermanaged and impersonal. For the cost, I expected better service, cleanliness, and transparency—especially around parking and amenities.
