From there, it’s another 5 minutes to the waterfront—a pebble beach with just a tiny stretch of sand. Overall, this place isn’t fancy, but it delivers on convenience, value, and vibe. After reading other reviews, it's clear this isn’t just an isolated case—it’s a consistently bad experience. To make matters worse, it’s located in one of the worst neighborhoods in Nice. The area feels unsafe, and getting around is a hassle. If you’re looking for a decent, clean, and safe stay in Nice, avoid this hotel at all costs. It’s not worth the money, and it’s clearly not up to basic standards.
