The pool area is well-maintained and inviting, though it's only open from 8 AM to 8 PM. I’d love to see extended hours for guests who want to unwind by the water later in the evening. One major highlight: the complimentary beach chairs made our time at the beach so much more comfortable and enjoyable. It’s clear the staff goes the extra mile to ensure guest comfort. I really enjoyed the location—being just steps away from the beach and close to public transit made getting around Miami Beach a breeze. The room itself had potential, but unfortunately, it arrived in less than ideal condition. Upon entry, I noticed the bathroom was messy and the room wasn’t properly cleaned. It definitely left a bad first impression. To make matters worse, the front desk staff came across as unfriendly and dismissive, which added to the disappointment. While the hotel’s setting is fantastic and offers great value for the price, the lack of basic cleanliness and poor guest service really undermined the experience. Honestly, this was one of the most disappointing stays I’ve had, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable or welcoming atmosphere.
