The hotel is decent overall and conveniently located, but the experience was let down by the missing complimentary breakfast. I had booked a rate that included breakfast, so it was disappointing to arrive and find out it wasn’t available. The staff didn’t offer any explanation or compensation either. While the room was clean and the location was good, the lack of transparency and basic amenities made the stay feel underwhelming. It’s a shame because there’s potential here—just not worth it without proper service.

I almost missed the place—turns out it's really close to the beach! The sea views are stunning, and there are plenty of seafood restaurants nearby. It’s a bit off the main city center, so you’ll need to take a short ride or use public transit, but that’s totally worth it for the peaceful vibe and location. One thing to note: towels and toothbrushes aren’t provided, so be sure to bring your own. Everything else was clean and well-maintained. The room was quiet and comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Overall, if you’re looking for a serene coastal stay with easy beach access and don’t mind a little distance from the hustle and bustle, this is a great choice.

With such high cleanliness, excellent facilities, and top-notch service, this hotel offers incredible value. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was very dirty, and the mattress was in terrible condition—definitely not worth the price. The elevator was completely out of order, and the Wi-Fi was practically unusable. I canceled my booking and expected a refund, but they never processed it. I tried reaching out via phone and email multiple times, but received no response whatsoever. The staff was unhelpful and seemed indifferent to guest concerns. Overall, the service and facilities were far below expectations. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone and would not consider staying here again.

The Apartments
The property is absolutely stunning. I stayed in one of the apartments, which was spacious and immaculately clean—truly exceeded my expectations. Everything I needed was just a short Uber ride away, making exploration effortless. The staff were consistently attentive and professional, adding to the excellent experience. The only minor hiccup was the name confusion: on the booking platform, it’s listed as "The Apartments," but it’s actually part of the Intercontinental Jeddah complex—just one building within a larger development. This caused some issues with the taxi driver who struggled to locate us, costing us extra time. Despite that, the overall stay was fantastic. The location, comfort, and service are top-notch. I’d still give this place a solid 5-star rating without hesitation.
Hotel Hoor Park
Staying at Hotel Hoor Park was a mixed experience. The staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help, especially with meal times—very thoughtful. However, I requested housekeeping early in the morning and still hadn’t seen anyone by 4 PM, which was frustrating. Trying to get shampoo felt like chasing a mirage—none available anywhere. The pool, which heats up to 48°C, closes at 5 PM, which is quite early for such a hot climate. It would’ve been great if it stayed open later. While the hotel’s quiet location and overall ambiance are appealing, service consistency needs improvement. A few small upgrades in responsiveness and facilities could really boost the guest experience. Overall, decent for a quick stop, but not without room for growth.
