The only minor issue was that the heating from the air conditioning wasn’t strong enough during cooler evenings, but this is something that could be improved. One thing to note: the restrooms are squat toilets, not Western-style, but they’re spotless—thanks to the hostess who cleans daily with great attention to detail. Laundry and drying machines cost just a few yuan per cycle, based on time—very reasonable. Food delivery and packages are handled at the basement level, and staff even bring them up to your room, which is super convenient.
