What stood out even more was that someone from the team called ahead to confirm our arrival details and even provided clear instructions about parking—so much for peace of mind! When we had to wait briefly for our room to be ready, instead of just letting us sit, they brought over a small snack specifically for our 4-year-old daughter. She lit up instantly, turning what could’ve been a boring wait into a sweet little moment. Breakfast was another highlight—despite having two kids (one taller than standard), the staff didn’t treat us like a hassle. They welcomed us warmly and handled everything with grace. One detail I’ll never forget: when our napkins ran out, a supervisor personally came over to replace them—no one else was assigned, no script, just genuine care. Throughout our stay, housekeeping staff remained courteous, quiet, and always ready to help if needed, yet never intrusive. The only minor suggestions: there’s a bit of room for improvement in water supply—more bottles or easier access to refills would boost comfort. Also, while the carpet was clean, it looked slightly dull; upgrading the cleaning or considering a refresh might better match the hotel’s premium feel. To be honest, we also stayed at other hotels during this trip—including Jinzhou New World and Qinhuangdao Shangri-La—but none matched the level of thoughtfulness, warmth, and proactive service we experienced here. This wasn’t just good hospitality—it felt human. We’re already planning our next visit to Shenyang, and New World will definitely be our first choice. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient—direct buses to both the Beier Road area and the Caidian Tower Night Market make getting around effortless. Even better, the breakfast was simple but surprisingly tasty; I was able to fill up on warm porridge, fresh bread, and a few small side dishes without feeling rushed or disappointed. The room was clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. For the price, this is one of the best values I’ve experienced in Shenyang. Definitely planning to return next time I visit.

I stayed overnight at this property and although I didn’t get a chance to take photos of the room, I can confidently say the experience was excellent. The room was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing stay. Location-wise, it’s incredibly convenient: just a short walk from subway access, and there are several convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, making daily essentials easy to grab. Parking is available only in the designated parking lot—there are no street spots directly in front of the building, so parking on the street will result in a ticket. All amenities were fully functional: air conditioning, hot water, reliable Wi-Fi, and everything else you’d expect. With such cleanliness, comfort, and value for money, this place offers fantastic bang for your buck. I’ll definitely be staying here again when I return to Shenyang.
