Rachel went above and beyond—she personally reached out to Fendi’s store and manager, helping resolve the issue quickly. Without her support, I might have been in serious trouble. While Fendi’s service fell short this time, the hotel team truly made all the difference. Exceptional hospitality, top-tier location, and unforgettable attention to detail—this place deserves every bit of praise. I’ll definitely be back.
