The room was impeccably cleaned twice daily, yet I never saw the housekeeping staff, which speaks volumes about how seamless their work is. The library is a hidden gem—calm, elegant, and perfect for unwinding. Staff were incredibly helpful, especially one team member named Xiaoqi Sun who went above and beyond to help me recover a lost piece of jewelry. So grateful! Several restaurant staff spoke fluent Chinese, making communication smooth and stress-free. The club lounge staff were warm and attentive too. My only note: there’s a persistent gasoline smell near the second-floor entrance, where staff often stand guard. It’s not just unpleasant—it’s concerning for their well-being. I sincerely hope this gets addressed during the upcoming renovation. Otherwise, this hotel is absolutely perfect.

The room itself was minimalist yet refined—warm wood flooring, soft ambient lighting, and a calming atmosphere that made every moment feel luxurious. A taxi to Isetan Shinjuku costs around ¥2,500, which is reasonable. There’s also a convenience store in the underground passage linking to the station—but note it’s not open 24 hours. Breakfast is a highlight: the Japanese-style meal is prepared by the hotel’s in-house restaurant, Mizuran, and delivers top-quality flavors that leave you truly satisfied. Just remember to order by 10:00 AM. Overall, this hotel is ideal for business travelers, shoppers, or those exploring nearby attractions. With great dining options and the ability to reserve private rooms for client dinners or gatherings, it’s a perfect blend of comfort, location, and service. Truly exceptional.

Breakfast was decent, with a good variety of options, though the quality wasn’t quite up to 5-star standard—nothing extraordinary, but satisfying enough. The only minor issue was a bit of dust trapped in the corner seams near the bedhead; I’m sensitive to dust, and when I reached for my phone case, it kicked up some particles and caused several sneezes. A deeper clean in those tight spots would be appreciated. Still, the location, comfort, and overall vibe make this a top choice for a memorable stay in Tokyo.

Right across from the hotel is Lumine, making shopping and dining super convenient. With both JR and subway lines nearby, getting around Tokyo is a breeze. I took a direct train to the Harry Potter World in just 30 minutes—no transfers needed! Plus, the airport bus stops right outside the front door, which made my departure stress-free. This place offers unbeatable convenience and value. I’ll definitely be back again soon.
