Bayside Hotel
This was my second stay at this hotel, and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations once again. The location is unbeatable—right next to the beach with a quick walk to the sand. I loved waking up to the sound of waves and taking morning strolls along the shoreline. Parking was a breeze too, with convenient on-site options just steps away from the entrance. Santa Monica downtown is only a short drive or pleasant walk away, making it easy to explore restaurants, shops, and local events. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, while the staff went above and beyond to make our visit special. It’s rare to find such a perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and coastal charm. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from Santa Monica Beach and surrounded by great dining options and shops. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was super comfortable—perfect for a good night's sleep. The breakfast was outstanding: generous portions with a wide variety of fresh options including juice, hot dishes, pastries, and eggs. It’s the kind of breakfast that makes your day start right. Staff were friendly and attentive, and overall, the value for money is excellent. I’d definitely stay here again.

Check-in happens through a small window on the right side of the entrance. You might not see anyone around during check-in hours, so you’ll need to knock on the glass to get attention. But once you do, the staff are friendly and quick to assist. It’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a budget-friendly, no-frills stay with good access to local attractions.

A pair of earplugs or keeping the windows closed helps a lot. Despite that, the value for money is excellent considering the location, cleanliness, and comfort. I arrived earlier than check-in time, but the staff welcomed me immediately and got me checked in without any hassle.
