The stay was excellent overall—almost no room for improvement. One small suggestion: the music played in the changing area was really great, and it would be even better if it were also streamed in the pool area to enhance the atmosphere. I also missed the deluxe music sender—having a 24/7 continuous music channel would’ve been a nice touch. But honestly, these are just minor points. Everything else was top-notch—the service, the room quality, and the amenities all exceeded expectations. Great value, comfortable stay, and definitely planning to come back.

Right across the street from Berlin Hauptbahnhof, the hotel is super easy to find—just exit the main entrance and cross the pedestrian crossing. What really stood out was the proximity to the tram line—getting around the city became effortless. Plus, the station itself has plenty of shops and cafes, so we never ran out of options for snacks or last-minute essentials. The breakfast area was spacious and stylishly designed, with a great vibe and a good variety of food. I’d definitely come back if I’m ever in Berlin again—this place truly delivers on comfort, location, and value.

Staying at Hotel Amano Grand Central was a fantastic experience, especially given its unbeatable location just steps away from the train station. The hotel shares a building with ibis and another property, making it easy to spot thanks to its prominent signage. Everything about the service, cleanliness, and facilities exceeded my expectations—super impressive! The only minor downside is that bottled water isn’t provided in-room, which I assumed might be standard, but maybe that’s just how hotels operate in Germany. Also, even though I received a message prompting me to check in online ahead of time, I still had to go through the regular front desk process upon arrival. It made me wonder what the real benefit of online check-in was in this case. Despite that small confusion, the overall stay was excellent—great value, convenient, and very well-run. Definitely would book again.

The selection was generous and each component tasted exceptional. It's rare to find such a satisfying and well-balanced breakfast at this price point. Combined with the convenient location near Hackescher Markt and the smooth self-check-in process, this stay felt both comfortable and effortless. I’ll definitely be returning.
