We were visiting during the final days of Eid al-Fitr, and while our initial room wasn’t quite what we expected, the staff went above and beyond to help. They not only offered to switch us to a different room the next day but even let us choose one ourselves—such a thoughtful touch! The hotel’s location is unbeatable: right next to a cozy coffee shop called Gramaj, a local tea house just across the street, and plenty of convenient stores nearby—including a fresh bakery, supermarket, and fruit & vegetable market. The cleaning team did an excellent job, especially Salih, who was consistently attentive and thorough. Zahra and her colleague at reception were professional, friendly, and always ready to assist. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and welcoming. I’d definitely return without hesitation.

Stayed here twice and couldn’t be happier. The room was spacious with a great layout, and the staff went above and beyond—so friendly and helpful. On my second visit, I was upgraded to a better room and treated to a delicious complimentary dessert that actually tasted better than what you’d find at a local shop! The only minor downside is that it’s a bit of a walk from the metro station—about 8 to 10 minutes—but honestly, it’s totally manageable. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and full of charm, with plenty of cafes and local spots nearby. A short ride or a quick taxi gets you anywhere you need to go. Overall, an excellent value and a truly enjoyable stay—I’ll definitely come back.

That said, I noticed the lighting in my room and around the pool area could be improved—it felt a bit dim at times. Also, the Wi-Fi signal in the room was quite weak, which made streaming or video calls a bit frustrating. Still, these minor drawbacks didn’t take away from the overall experience. With its great location, superb amenities, and warm hospitality, this hotel offers incredible value for money. I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Breakfast was generous and varied, offering plenty of options to suit different tastes. Plus, Carrefour is literally right around the corner, so grabbing essentials or snacks is a breeze. Clean rooms, friendly service, and great value—all reasons why I’d definitely stay here again.
