The only minor note is that the bathroom doesn’t have a door, so it can feel a bit chilly when showering—just a heads-up to turn on the heating a little earlier. We also enjoyed strolling along the Tiber River toward Castel Sant’Angelo, and while Vatican City is a bit of a walk (about 30–40 minutes), it’s totally doable for those who love exploring on foot.
