Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always going the extra mile. One small note: the main entrance locks after 9 PM and requires either knocking or using your room key card to enter. We were caught off guard during our first night and had to wait outside—slightly frustrating, but easily avoidable with clearer signage. Still, this minor hiccup doesn’t take away from how much we enjoyed the hotel. Great value, great location, and a comfortable place to stay—definitely recommend for travelers visiting downtown Fort Lauderdale.

However, the mattress was extremely soft and had noticeable sagging, almost like sleeping on a hammock. There were no coil springs—just visible, worn-out springs that made the bed feel unstable and uncomfortable. I actually considered staying longer, but the poor mattress caused back pain by morning. If you're not sensitive to bedding quality, this could work out fine. But if comfort is a priority, you might want to reconsider. Overall, decent for the price, but the mattress really holds it back.
