Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always going the extra mile. One small note: the main entrance locks after 9 PM and requires either knocking or using your room key card to enter. We were caught off guard during our first night and had to wait outside—slightly frustrating, but easily avoidable with clearer signage. Still, this minor hiccup doesn’t take away from how much we enjoyed the hotel.
