Staying at the Hyatt Centric Las Olas Fort Lauderdale was an absolute delight! The room was spotless, well-maintained, and spacious—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Housekeeping was attentive and efficient, always ready to assist with a smile. The on-site restaurant serves delicious food, especially the breakfast spread which had great variety and excellent taste. Location-wise, it’s ideal—quiet neighborhood but just a 5-minute walk from grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants. Beach access is only about 10 minutes by car, and they even offer bike rentals, making it super easy to explore the area at your own pace. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Everything felt convenient, thoughtfully designed, and truly enjoyable. I’d definitely book here again next time I visit Fort Lauderdale.

The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any request. Overall, this place offers amazing value for money. I’d absolutely stay here again if I’m back in Fort Lauderdale—it’s truly a standout choice.

After four years of visiting, our love affair with Pineapple Point Guesthouse & Resort—and especially the amazing team—has only grown stronger. This trip was flawless: eight dreamy days soaking in lush greenery, relaxing in perfectly clean rooms, enjoying little thoughtful touches like fresh towels, chocolate-dipped pineapples, and ice cream. The nightly free happy hour was a highlight—perfect for unwinding and connecting with fellow guests in a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere. Special thanks to Tim for his always-smiling hospitality and to owner Judd, whose dedication to both the property’s beautiful landscaping and guest comfort truly brightens every stay. We’re already counting down to next year—can’t wait to return!

Absolutely loved our stay at Riverside Hotel! We walked to every attraction and didn’t even need to use the car—everything was within easy reach. The New River Tour boat docked right across the street, so we could hop on a cruise without any hassle. The location is unbeatable, the staff were welcoming, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It’s rare to find such a convenient, relaxing spot in Fort Lauderdale—definitely going back!

The breakfast selection on the second floor was impressive, with plenty of options, and you can access it directly via the elevator—no need to trek up stairs. Everything about this hotel feels thoughtfully designed for convenience and comfort. Highly recommend this property if you're looking for a great value stay in downtown Fort Lauderdale.

I highly recommend requesting a higher-floor room for the best views; the skyline panorama is stunning, especially in the evening when the city lights come on. The location is fantastic too—it’s just steps away from the Brightline station, making travel into Miami or other nearby destinations super convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always going the extra mile. One small note: the main entrance locks after 9 PM and requires either knocking or using your room key card to enter. We were caught off guard during our first night and had to wait outside—slightly frustrating, but easily avoidable with clearer signage. Still, this minor hiccup doesn’t take away from how much we enjoyed the hotel. Great value, great location, and a comfortable place to stay—definitely recommend for travelers visiting downtown Fort Lauderdale.

The rooms were unpleasantly dirty, the air conditioning didn’t cool properly, and there was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout. When I asked to be moved to a different room, staff said all rooms smelled the same—no option for change. While the location is convenient for getting around Fort Lauderdale, especially with easy access to public transit, the overall experience was disappointing. The lack of cleanliness and poor air quality really impacted comfort. If you value a fresh, cool, and clean space, this isn’t the place to stay.

We stayed for just two nights, but the villa exceeded our expectations based on the photos and pleasantly surprised us with its neighborhood location. Everything was clean and in working order, making the stay very comfortable. The host was attentive and provided clear, helpful access instructions. The only minor note is that the dining table is a bit small and located directly under the air vent, so it can get a bit chilly during meals. However, this tiny detail didn’t affect our overall experience at all. The property offers great value and we’d definitely recommend it to others looking for a quiet, well-maintained retreat in Fort Lauderdale.
