He remembered our preferences and checked in on us throughout the stay, which felt incredibly personal. The lobby lounge is elegant and relaxing, perfect for unwinding with a drink or just enjoying the ambiance. The beds were heavenly—luxuriously comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep. We celebrated New Year’s Eve here, and the whole atmosphere was magical. The hotel’s location is great, easily accessible by metro, and the overall luxury combined with such genuine hospitality makes this a top-tier choice. I’d return in a heartbeat.
