Since the room wasn’t ready yet, they promptly offered me access to the Executive Club lounge where I enjoyed complimentary snacks and drinks while relaxing. It didn’t take long before my room became available. The room itself is spacious, well-designed, and equipped with top-notch amenities. Though it’s not in the very heart of the city, Amsterdam is compact and walkable—most attractions are within a 20-25 minute stroll. Plus, the metro and tram stops are just steps away. Breakfast was exceptional—plenty of variety and delicious quality. Staff were attentive and friendly throughout. This hotel truly delivers on comfort, convenience, and service. Highly recommended for any traveler visiting Amsterdam.

The hotel is nestled inside a large shopping mall, which means you're never far from essentials—there’s an AH supermarket right on-site that stays open until 11 PM, perfect for late-night snacks or supplies. What made my stay truly special was the kitchenette in the room. I cooked homemade Chinese meals for all four nights—affordable, satisfying, and so much fun. Plus, being surrounded by student housing meant a quiet, safe neighborhood far from the crowded old town. It felt secure and peaceful. I’ll definitely be back here whenever I visit Amsterdam again.

Stayed for two nights and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The hotel is incredibly easy to find—just take the free ferry from the Central Station’s F2 pier to IJplein, then a 10-minute walk along the bike path to reach the property. There are two supermarkets right downstairs (Dirk and Jumbo), so grabbing snacks or essentials is super convenient. Staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help—answered every question promptly and politely. During marathon season, they even provided helpful transportation tips, which showed real thoughtfulness. The room was spacious, well-laid out, and had a clean, minimalist design. The bed was comfortable, linens were fresh, and the bathroom had strong water pressure—perfect for a refreshing shower. Noise insulation was excellent; we didn’t hear anything from neighboring rooms. Breakfast was a highlight: a wide variety of breads, all freshly baked and delicious, with quick replenishment throughout service. The coffee stood out—rich, aromatic, and exactly what you want to kickstart your day. Overall, great value, fantastic location, and top-notch hospitality. Definitely coming back.
