Absolutely fantastic value for money! The hotel is perfectly located just a short walk from the city center, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming from check-in to check-out—always smiling and ready to help. My room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. I especially appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the little snack station in the lobby—perfect for a quick energy boost. It’s clear this hotel cares about guest experience. I’d highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Bordeaux.

We chose this apartment hotel because it's just a 3-minute walk from the clinic, which made our stay incredibly convenient. We can confidently say it was an excellent decision! The staff are professional, friendly, and always greet you with a smile—something truly rare and worth noting. Our superior studio was spacious and well-designed, featuring a compact dishwasher, which made daily routines so much easier. The place is clean, comfortable, and offers great value for money. Highly recommended! One small suggestion: placing an ashtray near the main entrance would be helpful for guests who smoke, but otherwise, everything else is perfect.

Staying at All Suites Appart Hôtel was a real highlight of our trip to Bordeaux. The hotel is just a 12-minute walk from Gare Saint-Jean train station, and most major attractions are within a 20- to 30-minute stroll—perfect for exploring the city on foot. There’s a Carrefour and a Lidi supermarket nearby, making it super convenient for grabbing essentials or snacks. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with excellent hot water pressure in the shower and a comfortable bed that made for a restful night's sleep. The kitchenette comes fully equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave, kettle, and fridge—ideal for preparing simple meals or warming up leftovers. I especially appreciated having a little space to cook instead of relying on restaurants every meal. The hotel also offers a small gym and a sauna, which were great for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast is available for €12.90 from 6:30 to 10:30 AM and includes pancakes, croissants, ham, cheese, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereals, coffee, and tea. For the price, the variety and quality are impressive—it’s definitely one of the better value breakfast options we’ve had in France. Overall, this place strikes the perfect balance between comfort, convenience, and affordability.

The hotel's location in Bordeaux is excellent—just a short walk from the city center and easy to reach via public transit. However, the breakfast experience was disappointing. On our first morning, we were told we’d have to wait 45 minutes for a table, which wasn’t feasible for me as a Type 1 diabetic. We were then directed downstairs to breakfast, only to find it wasn’t even open. After some back-and-forth with reception, a table was finally secured—but we were seated directly in the sun, making it uncomfortably hot. When I complained to the server, I was dismissed with a dismissive wave. Even something simple like ordering a fried egg took 25 minutes due to long lines and poor coordination. Staff behavior felt unprofessional for a deluxe property. The rooftop bar itself has a great vibe and nice views, but service there was also painfully slow. Overall, while the ambiance and setting are strong, the lack of attention to detail and guest comfort during breakfast and evening service really dragged down the experience.
