The mini-fridge was generously stocked with drinks and snacks, and the welcome amenities were thoughtfully chosen. What really stood out was the complimentary public transport pass, making it super easy to explore the city without worrying about transit costs. If I ever return to Geneva, this hotel would be my top pick. The only minor improvement I’d suggest is upgrading the pillows, but overall, the experience was excellent.

The staff were friendly, polite, and spoke multiple languages, which made communication easy and pleasant. We enjoyed the Express Breakfast most days—it was simple but satisfying. The hotel itself was spotless and felt safe throughout our stay. Our family room had two single beds and a set of bunk beds, and despite the bed configuration, the space was generous with plenty of storage. Overall, we were very happy with the experience. Highly recommend this hotel for travelers looking for value, convenience, and a welcoming atmosphere.
