Cordis, Hong Kong

Staying at Cordis, Hong Kong was an absolutely delightful experience. I booked the open-plan king room, which is located at the end of each floor—so while there’s a slight hum from the elevator behind the wall (a faint sound like a plane passing by), it’s barely noticeable after 10 PM when foot traffic drops. The room itself is spacious and offers stunning views of the sea—perfect for morning coffee with a view. Complimentary toiletries and charging adapters were provided, which made things so convenient. The front desk staff were friendly and spoke fluent Chinese, making check-in smooth and welcoming—no distinction between domestic and international guests, which I truly appreciated. Since I had already paid in advance through the platform, no deposit was required at check-in. The housekeeping team was incredibly thorough—every time they cleaned, the room was spotless, and they even neatly arranged personal items. Overall, my three-day stay exceeded expectations. From the service to the room quality and location, everything was top-notch. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

The Langham, Hong Kong

This stay at The Langham, Hong Kong was absolutely unforgettable and totally worth the 10/10 rating. Right on top of DFS in Tsim Sha Tsui, shopping convenience is unbeatable—step out the door and you’re already surrounded by luxury boutiques. Getting around is a breeze: the MTR entrance is literally next to the hotel, and the Star Ferry stop is just a short walk away. Need to grab a quick bite? There are countless local cafés and tea restaurants nearby, but the real highlight was the hotel’s buffet. I couldn’t get enough of the mini pineapple buns—they were perfectly crispy on the outside, soft inside, and oh-so-delicious. Every baked item had such care and quality. On Christmas Eve, they even surprised us with a festive little tree-shaped dessert—so thoughtful! Plus, the front desk upgraded my room for free, which felt like a personal touch. Everyone from the lobby staff to housekeeping was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Even the little details like having travel adapters available made a big difference. Yes, the hotel has some vintage charm, but it’s elegant and spacious—never feels cramped. Cleanliness was excellent throughout. This isn’t just a place to sleep; it’s an experience. With such great service, convenient location, and incredible value, I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I visit Hong Kong.

Eaton HK (Langham Hospitality Group)

Staying at Eaton HK was an absolute delight! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the subway station, and you can even reach the Hong Kong Coliseum for Zhang Xueyou's concert on foot. Right outside the hotel, there’s a convenience store, making daily needs super easy. The room design stands out with its modern yet thoughtful touches, and every staff member I met was friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm. There are plenty of dining options downstairs, but the breakfast buffet truly stole the show. So many choices, including authentic local Hong Kong treats, fresh-squeezed juices, and homemade egg tarts that were absolutely delicious—crispy on the outside, soft and custardy inside. Even on day two, I decided to stay in and enjoy breakfast again because it was just that good. The egg rolls were equally fantastic—freshly made and full of flavor. This hotel delivers incredible value and comfort, making it a top pick for any visit to Hong Kong.

Staying at YING’nFLO in Wan Chai was an absolute delight. The room was spacious and comfortable, especially enjoying the panoramic city view from the higher floor—perfect for relaxing with a cup of tea while watching the bustling streets below. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better: just a 5-minute walk to a 7-Eleven and even closer to Wan Chai Market, making daily errands super convenient. The nearby tram stop makes getting around the city a breeze, and public transport access is excellent. Inside the room, everything was well-maintained—hot water flowed strong and steady, the kitchenette and washing machine were practical and a real plus for longer stays. I actually appreciated the slight slope right outside the entrance—it’s not an issue but adds character to the experience. Walking up it every evening felt like a mini workout, and honestly, I kind of looked forward to it! It’s unique, authentic, and totally fits the vibe of this modern yet local-inspired stay. Travelodge Kowloon

The room was surprisingly spacious for Hong Kong standards—definitely a standout feature. Cleanliness was good overall, though the wallpaper showed some signs of wear, which is totally acceptable given the price point. The location is unbeatable—right next to Jordan MTR Station, making it super convenient to get around: Tsim Sha Tsui, Central, or even the airport are just a short ride away. I tried the on-site restaurant and booked through the platform, which offered a 50% discount. The food quality was average but affordable after the deal, so it felt like a fair value. For the price, this hotel delivers excellent convenience and comfort. It’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a no-frills, well-located stay with great transport links. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hong Kong.

The Jervois Hong Kong

Staying at The Jervois Hong Kong was one of the best decisions I made during my trip to Hong Kong. Right next to Sheung Wan MTR station—just a 3-5 minute walk—it’s incredibly convenient for getting around. I loved how close it was to the Star Ferry scenic route and the Mid-Levels escalator; I could easily explore the area without needing to carry bags or worry about luggage. Even when heading to the airport, the transfer via Central and the Airport Express took under 15 minutes including walking time—super smooth. Breakfast is redeemable at a nearby café, and don’t miss the bakery across the street—the one that opens at 8:00 AM.
