The first time I arrived without a booking, and all rooms were full—late at night, exhausted, and feeling stressed. Miss Kavita noticed my situation immediately and went out of her way to secure a room for me, even though it wasn’t easy. When I had trouble with the payment process, she stayed calm, patient, and helped me through every step until everything was settled. Beyond her personal care, the hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. But what really made me come back? It’s the genuine warmth and thoughtfulness Miss Kavita showed. She transformed a simple hotel stay into a memorable experience—one that felt more like being welcomed into a home than just checking in. Truly exceptional service, and a reason I’ll definitely return.

The TV was in the kitchen instead of the bedroom, which made relaxing after dinner a bit awkward. There’s also a small, uncomfortable sofa facing the TV in the kitchen—hardly ideal for watching anything for long. That said, the location is excellent: close to Bayswater, Kensington Gardens, and bus stops. The neighborhood itself feels safe, quiet, and well-connected. Despite the minor drawbacks, it's a pleasant area and the overall value makes this a solid choice for travelers looking for convenience and charm.
