It took nearly 20 minutes of waiting and a phone call before staff arrived to open up. With airport transfer plans tight, this delay was stressful, but not enough to overshadow the overall fantastic experience. The location, cleanliness, and thoughtful amenities make this a top choice for any visitor to London.
