We never received the access code for the keybox, and contacting the property management was impossible. Despite multiple attempts, we were ignored: no calls returned, no replies to emails—even the emergency number went unanswered. To make matters worse, we were only given one roll of toilet paper for four nights. While there are a washing machine and dishwasher available, no detergent was provided. We had to bring our own cleaning supplies. This lack of basic support and amenities makes the experience far below expectations. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay.
