They also offer laundry service and car booking through the same platform as mobile ride-hailing apps, so prices are transparent and fair. Located near Porta Pace, it’s quiet but still super convenient—great dining options nearby, and short rides to all major attractions. We arrived at 8:30 PM, even though the check-in time was listed as 8:00 PM. We had already emailed and called ahead to inform them about our delayed flight, but unfortunately received no response. Luckily, the front desk staff was very accommodating and waited for us—welcoming us warmly upon arrival and helping us check in without any hassle. To find the property, don’t rely on the name listed on the booking platform; instead, use the exact address in your GPS navigation, as the building is actually known as Navigli Suites. Once you arrive, ring the doorbell—the staff will come out to greet you. The entire experience was smooth and reassuring, especially given the late arrival. The hospitality and attention to detail made a big difference. Highly recommend this place for its convenience, friendly service, and great value.
