The room was spacious and incredibly comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen that made our trip so much easier—perfect for preparing meals during our vacation. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from staff member Venesha. When our TV stopped working during a holiday weekend and the on-site maintenance supervisor wasn’t available, she went above and beyond by personally calling him, staying on the line for over 20 minutes trying to troubleshoot the issue. Even though we couldn’t get it fixed immediately, she made sure we were moved to a new room the next day with zero hassle. That kind of dedication is rare and deeply appreciated. We also loved having a bar right on property—it added such a nice touch for relaxing evenings. This hotel delivers comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality. Definitely a top choice for future visits.

The location is perfect, right near the beach and just steps away from everything we wanted to explore. We were especially excited to hear about the upcoming Pirates Voyage attraction opening across the street on May 29th, 2025—can’t wait to check it out! The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the whole property has a welcoming vibe. My wife and I had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Panama City Beach.

I won’t be booking here again. While the room itself was decent, the building maintenance is a major concern. Only one elevator was working during our stay, and it felt unsafe—many guests waited over an hour just to go up or down. For those with mobility issues or traveling with kids, climbing eight flights of stairs isn’t realistic. Ice was only available on one floor, requiring a 30-minute wait via the unreliable elevator or carrying bags up eight floors. To make matters worse, each bag of ice cost $7—way too expensive. What’s most disappointing is how indifferent the staff seemed. No one appeared to care about the obvious problems. This experience significantly impacted my overall satisfaction. I’d rather choose another hotel next time.
