We stayed at this hotel for a week and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The room was spacious, clean, and had an amazing ocean view—waking up to the sound of waves was pure bliss. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. The staff went above and beyond—friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Breakfast was a highlight: fresh, delicious, and served by a warm, attentive team who made us feel welcome every morning. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach, especially with the sunset views. My sister and I had such a wonderful time, and we’ll definitely be back. This was hands down the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at—especially for a family of seven. The room was enormous, with three separate showers, three toilets, and three sinks—finally, we could all use the bathroom or shower at the same time! That alone made our trip so much smoother, especially after years of fighting over one tiny hotel bathroom. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond. The front desk agent was incredibly friendly, gave us great local tips, and even brought us a set of five warm, clean towels. The housekeeping team was just as helpful and attentive—some of the best hospitality I’ve experienced in a long time. The pool was beautiful, and the zero-entry design was perfect for our kids to splash around safely. Plus, the location couldn’t be better: just a 2-3 minute walk to the beach via a private path with a crosswalk. We loved that. One small note—the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast, but they did share info about three nearby restaurants where guests could get a discount. And honestly, there are so many amazing dining spots within walking distance that we ended up trying several anyway. The only thing needing attention were the basketball courts—nets were torn and the balls needed air—but we still had fun playing. Overall, this place is absolutely perfect. It’s now our go-to hotel whenever we visit Panama City, FL. If only we’d known about it sooner!

I won’t be booking here again. While the room itself was decent, the building maintenance is a major concern. Only one elevator was working during our stay, and it felt unsafe—many guests waited over an hour just to go up or down. For those with mobility issues or traveling with kids, climbing eight flights of stairs isn’t realistic. Ice was only available on one floor, requiring a 30-minute wait via the unreliable elevator or carrying bags up eight floors. To make matters worse, each bag of ice cost $7—way too expensive. What’s most disappointing is how indifferent the staff seemed. No one appeared to care about the obvious problems. This experience significantly impacted my overall satisfaction. I’d rather choose another hotel next time.
