The staff member at the crosswalk greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home—though I’m sorry I can’t recall her name, her kindness and helpfulness really stood out. The messages we received were packed with useful information, making our trip stress-free and well-organized. When our TV stopped working during a holiday weekend and the on-site maintenance supervisor wasn’t available, she went above and beyond by personally calling him, staying on the line for over 20 minutes trying to troubleshoot the issue. Even though we couldn’t get it fixed immediately, she made sure we were moved to a new room the next day with zero hassle. That kind of dedication is rare and deeply appreciated. We also loved having a bar right on property—it added such a nice touch for relaxing evenings. This hotel delivers comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality. Definitely a top choice for future visits.
