The reason? The person holding the keys was the host’s sister, who was running late. We ended up having to drive around unfamiliar streets in our rental car just to meet her at her workplace. After getting the keys, we still had to figure out how to reach the apartment ourselves—no guidance, no help, nothing. Both the host and his sister were rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in hospitality. At one point, the woman even told my husband, 'You need me to have a place to sleep, but I don’t need you at all.' That kind of attitude is unacceptable. The entire process felt surreal and far beyond what the property’s rating suggests. We never disrespected them, yet received zero respect in return. This was not just disappointing—it was deeply frustrating. Stay away.
