Both the host and his sister were rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in hospitality. At one point, the woman even told my husband, 'You need me to have a place to sleep, but I don’t need you at all.' That kind of attitude is unacceptable. The entire process felt surreal and far beyond what the property’s rating suggests. We never disrespected them, yet received zero respect in return.
