We recently stayed at New World Shenyang Hotel as a family, and honestly, the experience exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service felt personal and thoughtful. At check-in, the front desk staff were warm and professional—when they learned we were traveling with elderly family members, they kindly upgraded us to a scenic view room without hesitation. It was such a surprise and truly made our stay more special, especially for our elders who rarely splurge on upgrades. What stood out even more was that someone from the team called ahead to confirm our arrival details and even provided clear instructions about parking—so much for peace of mind! When we had to wait briefly for our room to be ready, instead of just letting us sit, they brought over a small snack specifically for our 4-year-old daughter. She lit up instantly, turning what could’ve been a boring wait into a sweet little moment. Breakfast was another highlight—despite having two kids (one taller than standard), the staff didn’t treat us like a hassle. They welcomed us warmly and handled everything with grace. One detail I’ll never forget: when our napkins ran out, a supervisor personally came over to replace them—no one else was assigned, no script, just genuine care. Throughout our stay, housekeeping staff remained courteous, quiet, and always ready to help if needed, yet never intrusive. The only minor suggestions: there’s a bit of room for improvement in water supply—more bottles or easier access to refills would boost comfort. Also, while the carpet was clean, it looked slightly dull; upgrading the cleaning or considering a refresh might better match the hotel’s premium feel. To be honest, we also stayed at other hotels during this trip—including Jinzhou New World and Qinhuangdao Shangri-La—but none matched the level of thoughtfulness, warmth, and proactive service we experienced here. This wasn’t just good hospitality—it felt human. We’re already planning our next visit to Shenyang, and New World will definitely be our first choice. My stay at Shangri-La Shenyang was absolutely delightful. The hotel ambiance is clean, elegant, and thoughtfully designed—every detail contributes to a serene and luxurious atmosphere. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I needed. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect retreat after a long day of travel or meetings. A special thank you to Selina Gao Yisuo from Guest Relations—her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made all the difference. From check-in to every little request, she responded promptly and with genuine care. She even surprised me with a birthday cake—such a thoughtful gesture! The cake was delicious, beautifully presented, and truly made my day extra special. The location is excellent, just steps away from transit and local attractions, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. This experience has definitely earned my full recommendation. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a wide variety of high-quality dishes. The fitness center is well-maintained and equipped with modern machinery. Everything about this stay felt premium yet affordable. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to fellow travelers looking for comfort, service, and great value.

The view from the high floor is simply breathtaking—city lights spread out below, especially stunning at night. The room layout is spacious and smartly designed, with a dedicated closet and a large, luxurious bathroom that made every moment feel indulgent. The spacious room features floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning city views, and the bathroom is thoughtfully designed with a separate shower area and premium amenities. Dining at the rooftop restaurant was an absolute highlight—diverse menu, excellent flavors, and impeccable service from Veran, who was both friendly and efficient. From location to comfort and hospitality, everything was top-notch. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Shenyang.

With my child preparing for the college entrance exam and a packed schedule during the New Year’s holiday, we decided to take a weekend getaway to Shenyang for some much-needed relaxation. Even though the occupancy seemed higher than previous visits, the service remained top-notch—no drop in quality at all. We were especially thrilled to meet Lynn, a familiar face who greeted us with warmth and care. She upgraded our room without hesitation, included a complimentary breakfast for our child, and even arranged a late check-out until 2 PM. Every detail was thoughtfully handled. This stay was truly memorable and worth every penny. Definitely planning to return.

Staying at DoubleTree by Hilton Shenyang was an absolutely delightful experience. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Zhongjie, one of the city’s busiest shopping and dining areas, making it super convenient for exploring. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Leo from the concierge team was especially helpful and friendly—he assisted with luggage storage, local recommendations, and even helped us navigate public transit. The hotel offers both underground and surface parking, which made arriving and leaving stress-free, especially with luggage. Housekeeping, particularly Yang Jie, was warm and attentive, always greeting us with a smile. The breakfast spread was impressive—great variety with delicious options, and I must mention the signature cookies they serve at check-in—they’re soft, slightly sweet, and just perfect with coffee. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered. This stay exceeded my expectations, and I’d definitely book here again on my next visit to Shenyang. Highly recommended!
