Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Musée des Confluences and surrounded by great restaurants and local vibes. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-designed with modern touches. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—friendly, efficient, and always ready to help. Public transport access is excellent, with Lyon’s metro just steps away. Everything about this place screams convenience without sacrificing comfort or quality. If you're visiting Lyon, this is definitely a top choice for both comfort and location.

Staying at this apartment was a real highlight of my trip to Lyon. Located right in the heart of the city, it’s surrounded by amazing restaurants and local shops—perfect for exploring on foot. The space itself is spacious and thoughtfully designed, feeling more like a stylish home than a hotel room. It’s fully equipped with everything I needed for breakfast, including a kitchenette and utensils. One of the best things? The abundance of bike-sharing stations nearby—no matter what time of day or night, I could always find a bike to rent or a spot to return one. Even though the apartment is above a restaurant, there was only a faint aroma of cooking drifting up in the evenings—completely gone by morning. Surprisingly, I didn’t hear any noise from the kitchen or diners at all, which I’d been worried about. Overall, it’s a fantastic choice for travelers who want comfort, convenience, and a true local vibe without sacrificing peace and quiet.

My stay at Ibis Styles Lyon Confluence was absolutely excellent! The hotel is perfectly located—just a short metro ride from the city center, and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with a cozy bed that made for a restful night's sleep. The staff went above and beyond—friendly, helpful, and always with a smile. They truly made the experience feel personal and welcoming. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lyon, especially if you value a warm atmosphere, convenience, and great value. Definitely planning to return!

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special—even with our little cat in tow! We easily explored Old Lyon and the Musée des Confluences, while the kids took the tram to the shopping center. The secure, enclosed parking gave us peace of mind with our car. But what truly stood out was the genuine warmth and kindness of the team—they made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Friendly, attentive, and always smiling, they turned a simple stay into a memorable experience. This hotel is a hidden gem with incredible value and heart. Definitely coming back!

Stayed here with my mom, and we couldn't have asked for a better location. The hotel is just a short walk from the metro station—literally a few minutes away—making it super easy to get around Lyon. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a nice balance of modern touches and practical design. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Being close to the Confluence district added extra charm—we enjoyed strolling along the riverfront and exploring nearby cafes and restaurants. For a great value stay in central Lyon, this Campanile is a top choice. I’d definitely book again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

This stay was a nightmare. I traveled with a group of friends and booked two apartments at this property, but upon arrival, we found other people already inside our rooms. We tried contacting the owner all night long with no response. At 4 a.m., we had to scramble to find another hotel. The next day, the owner finally replied, blaming the mix-up on other guests who had mistakenly entered the wrong units (!!). She offered us only one of the two reserved apartments plus a small studio for two people—meaning we, a group of seven, were given space for just six. We ended up sleeping three in one bed, which was extremely uncomfortable. When we pointed out how unfair and unprofessional this situation was, she responded, "If you agree to stay here, don’t cause any more problems." That kind of attitude is unacceptable. I can’t recommend this place at all. The entire experience was stressful, disorganized, and deeply disappointing. Never again.

Absolutely perfect in every way. From the moment I arrived, everything felt seamless and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from public transit, making it easy to explore Lyon’s vibrant city center. My room was clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious for the price—bed was super comfortable, and I slept like a baby. The staff were friendly and helpful without being overbearing. What really stood out was the value: top-notch comfort and service at an unbeatable rate. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lyon.

Staying at Best Western Saint Antoine in Lyon was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and made check-in smooth and hassle-free. While the room is on the smaller side, it’s exceptionally clean and well-maintained—every detail feels thoughtfully done. The location is unbeatable: just a few minutes’ walk to the funicular and all the charming spots in the old town. Plus, there are plenty of local shops and cafes nearby, perfect for grabbing snacks or picking up souvenirs. I loved how convenient everything was, and the overall value for money is outstanding. This hotel is ideal for travelers who appreciate comfort, cleanliness, and a central spot—definitely my top choice for Lyon again.

Staying at Ibis Styles Lyon Croix-Rousse was a fantastic experience. The hotel's location is unbeatable—right next to the metro station, making it super easy to get around the city. It’s about 9 kilometers from Galeries Lafayette, and while Paris traffic can be slow, the ride still felt reasonable for the price. There are plenty of great dining options nearby, so finding a good meal was never an issue. What really stood out was the staff—there were Chinese-speaking team members who made communication smooth and welcoming. The elevator requires a key card, which adds a nice layer of security. Overall, the room quality, service, and convenience make this a top choice. For the value you get, it’s hard to beat. I’d definitely stay here again when visiting Lyon.

I absolutely loved staying at Adonis Lyon Dock Ouest! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the metro, and from there, you can easily explore so many amazing spots: Vieux Lyon, Fourvière Hill, the Halle de Lyon, and Parc de la Tête d'Or. Everything you need is right there—microwave, TV, kettle, fridge, hangers, cup and plate storage, even a cooking stove. It’s one of the most thoughtfully equipped places I’ve stayed at, offering incredible value for what you get. The only thing I’d mention is that the front desk isn’t available 24/7. When I arrived around 10 PM, I couldn’t check in immediately and had to follow instructions via phone. Unfortunately, without a local SIM or roaming, I couldn’t make the call—really stressful, especially since I’m not great with numbers in English. If you’re not confident in speaking English or French, I’d suggest checking in during business hours. But here’s the bright side: I met an incredibly kind guest who stepped in to help me make the call and sort everything out. Without their support, I don’t know how I would’ve managed. That small act of generosity made a huge difference—it turned a potential stress into a memorable moment. I’m truly grateful, and hope they see this. It’s moments like these that make a trip unforgettable.

Everything was excellent — from the moment I arrived to the time I checked out, every detail was spot-on. The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk from the city center and surrounded by great dining options. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable with a cozy bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I truly enjoyed the atmosphere and the attention to detail. I’d definitely come back again — highly recommend this gem in Lyon.

Staying at Residence Avy Baudelaire in Lyon was a mixed experience. The location is unbeatable—right next to Bellecour Square, with excellent access to public transport and everything downtown. The rooms are spacious, which is great, but the heating system left much to be desired. When I arrived, the room temperature was only 13.5°C, and it was freezing outside (around -7°C). I had to wear socks, a blanket, and even a scarf just to sleep, and I ended up waking up with a severe sore throat that turned into a fever within hours. I spent two days in bed recovering. Thankfully, the front desk staff were kind and allowed me to check out early before my flight. I did a PCR test and saw a doctor upon returning home—the diagnosis was a simple cold-related inflammation, not anything serious. That said, given how cold the city was during winter, I strongly recommend the hotel preheat all rooms to a comfortable temperature before guests arrive. Also, the bathroom layout was confusing: the shower and sink were in one area, while the toilet and bidet were in another separate space. No bidet was available, which felt odd for a place of this standard. Overall, the location and size are big pluses, but heating and bathroom setup definitely need improvement.
