Her behavior was rude, disrespectful, and completely inappropriate—far beyond what one would expect from someone managing a guest accommodation. This wasn’t just a minor inconvenience; it deeply affected our experience and cast a shadow over our entire visit to Pisa. The owners’ response afterward only confirmed their lack of professionalism—instead of addressing the issue constructively, they resorted to a long, defensive reply typical of those who avoid accountability.
