The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, just a 3-minute walk to Piazza Erbe and a 10-15 minute stroll to the Arena di Verona. It doesn’t get much better than this. However, the location was excellent—just a 200-meter walk from the Arena, making it super convenient for exploring the historic center. I booked a triple room advertised as spacious, but it was only about 15 square meters—barely enough to move around. There was no room to put down any belongings, let alone hang towels. The bathroom felt like it belonged in a campervan: a tiny shower stall where you couldn’t even turn around, and a miniature sink that barely fit a toothbrush. To top it off, I never received a receipt, and no one asked for my ID upon check-in. This was an unsettling and disappointing stay overall—definitely not worth it, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
