Relais Pensiero

Our journey to Verona was a bit of an adventure, with multiple delays that meant we didn’t arrive until after 11 PM. We reached out to the host during the trip, and they were incredibly understanding—no pressure at all, just calm reassurance. Despite the late hour, we were warmly welcomed with genuine hospitality. We already love Verona, but our stay at Relais Pensiero made it even more memorable. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the city, steps from major sights and great local eateries. Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. The host was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. To welcome us, they offered a bottle of Prosecco, and there was always coffee and little treats available whenever we wanted. It felt less like a hotel and more like staying with friends who truly care. If you're visiting Verona and want more than just a place to sleep—someone who makes you feel genuinely welcome—this is the perfect choice. Highly recommended.

Casa Babbuino

It was absolutely incredible! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We arrived early, left our luggage, and even had time to freshen up before check-in—no hassle at all. The room was brand new, immaculately clean, and packed with every comfort we could need. The kitchen is a real highlight—well-equipped and so convenient for preparing meals. My mom fell in love with their little garden; it’s peaceful and charming, adding such a warm, personal touch. Everything was thoughtfully designed, down to the smallest detail. I can’t wait to return to Verona—this place will definitely be my first choice again.

Il Cappello di Giulietta

Staying at Il Cappello di Giulietta in the heart of Verona was an absolute delight. The location is unbeatable—right in the historic center, steps away from Piazza Bra and the Roman Arena, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean, with a large bathroom that felt more like a luxury retreat. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay—offering local tips, guiding us through check-in, and making us feel right at home. The property is perfect for couples or small groups: three private rooms with en-suite bathrooms and a shared kitchen-living area that’s both cozy and practical. The only tiny improvement I’d suggest? A towel rack in the bathroom and a slightly more generous selection of toiletries would make this already excellent experience even better. Overall, it’s a gem of a place—warm, charming, and highly recommended. I’ll definitely be booking here again on my next visit to Verona.

Borgo Trento Home, Vicinissimo Ospedale Borgo Trento e Centro Storico

We've stayed at this B&B multiple times since November 2022, and each visit has been excellent. The atmosphere is comfortable, clean, and well-equipped for breakfast—everything you need is right there. Special thanks to Ms. Velezia, who has been managing the property since September 2022—her kindness and availability make a big difference. We’ll definitely be back. It’s ideal whether you're visiting for tourism (the historic center is just a 10-minute walk away) or for medical reasons (only 200 meters from Ospedale Borgo Trento in Verona). Super convenient, welcoming, and highly recommended.

Residenza Borgo Trento Sunday

The property looks nothing like the photos online. The whole experience felt extremely uncomfortable and the place was dirty—really dirty. I booked a triple room advertised as spacious, but it was only about 15 square meters—barely enough to move around. There was no room to put down any belongings, let alone hang towels. The bathroom felt like it belonged in a campervan: a tiny shower stall where you couldn’t even turn around, and a miniature sink that barely fit a toothbrush. To top it off, I never received a receipt, and no one asked for my ID upon check-in. This was an unsettling and disappointing stay overall—definitely not worth it, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The Hostello

The Hostello in Verona is perfectly located—just a short walk from the train station and super convenient for getting to major tourist spots. The place is clean, well-maintained, and staff are friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the property. That said, there were a few guests who seemed a bit disruptive at times, which made me feel slightly uneasy in the room on occasion. Still, this didn’t overshadow the overall great experience. If you're looking for a budget-friendly yet comfortable stay with a vibrant local vibe, this is definitely worth considering.

The apartment itself is spotless, stylishly modern, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was one of the best I've ever slept on—perfect for a restful night. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, all in fluent English. We were even allowed to check in early and could leave our luggage in the unit until 2:00 PM, which was a huge plus. The one-bedroom apartment features a charming little terrace overlooking the inner courtyard—ideal for sipping a glass of wine in the evening while soaking in the authentic Italian vibe. It’s such a peaceful, intimate touch that made the stay feel special. Everything about this place screams quality and care. Highly recommend for travelers who value comfort, convenience, and a personal touch.

In Casa

Staying at In Casa was an absolute highlight of our trip to Verona. The three-day stay felt like being welcomed into a cherished friend's home, thanks to the warm and genuine hospitality of owner Ana. She greeted us with a radiant smile, making us feel instantly at ease. The room was beautifully designed—elegant, spacious, and impeccably furnished with every comfort in mind. The bathroom stood out as particularly impressive: large, luxurious, and thoughtfully detailed. Located right in the heart of the city, just steps from Piazza delle Erbe and within walking distance of all major attractions, the location couldn’t be better.
