Staying at Hotel Indigo Brussels - City was an absolute delight. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk from Brussels North Station and right next to Rogier Metro stop, making it super easy to explore the city. The room was spacious, clean, and stylishly modern with thoughtful touches like filtered water stations on every floor—great for staying hydrated. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options and top-notch quality. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. It’s the perfect spot for a weekend getaway, and I’d definitely stay here again without hesitation. A truly memorable stay.

Staying at Hilton Brussels Grand Place was an absolute delight! The location is unbeatable—right across from the central train station, just a 200-meter walk to get there. I loved how easy it was to hop on trains or trams for day trips around Brussels and beyond. The restaurant downstairs serves an amazing chicken panini—crispy on the outside, soft inside, with perfect seasoning. And across the station, Melbourne Coffee is a great spot for a quick morning brew. Everything you’d want in the city center is within walking distance: Grand Place, the museums, and the shopping arcades are all just steps away. Bonus points for having a grocery store (Carrefour) right on the ground floor—you can stock up on snacks, drinks, and essentials without leaving the building. The room itself was spacious and thoughtfully designed, with two bathrooms and a cozy extra bed—perfect for families traveling with kids. Clean, comfortable, and incredibly convenient. This hotel offers excellent value and a fantastic base for exploring Brussels. I’ll definitely be back.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for one night on March 17th, 2025, and had a very positive experience overall. The check-in process was smooth, and we were greeted by a friendly young male front desk staff member and the current owner, both of whom were attentive and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, with enough space for our needs—nothing fancy, but perfectly functional. While there are a few areas of the property that could use some attention, it didn’t take away from our enjoyment. The location is excellent—just a five-minute walk to Grand Place, with plenty of restaurants and cafes along the way, making dining out super convenient. The hotel is currently undergoing a gradual renovation, which explains some minor imperfections, but it’s clear they’re investing in improving the guest experience. I’d definitely stay here again without hesitation, especially given the great value and central spot.

The entire unit was spotlessly clean, and while one curtain wasn’t in perfect condition and a door creaked slightly, these were minor quirks that didn’t affect our comfort. The open-plan living and kitchen area felt airy and well-designed, and the private balcony offered a peaceful retreat to enjoy morning coffee or evening views. We were thrilled to find Netflix available—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. A helpful guidebook provided all the essential info about the apartment and local tips. Practical amenities included a washing machine (no dryer) and a dishwasher, which made managing laundry and dishes a breeze. The staff member who met us upon arrival was incredibly polite and attentive, explaining everything clearly and warmly. Location-wise, it’s just a short walk from Botanique metro station, and even closer to a tram stop—though we opted for walking and public transit.
