The check-in process was smooth, and we were greeted by a friendly young male front desk staff member and the current owner, both of whom were attentive and helpful. While there are a few areas of the property that could use some attention, it didn’t take away from our enjoyment. The location is excellent—just a five-minute walk to Grand Place, with plenty of restaurants and cafes along the way, making dining out super convenient. The hotel is currently undergoing a gradual renovation, which explains some minor imperfections, but it’s clear they’re investing in improving the guest experience.
