The room layout was excellent—spacious and well-designed, making the stay very comfortable. However, I noticed an issue with the blanket on the duvet; it seemed like too much detergent was used during washing or it hadn’t been changed in a while, leaving a strong chemical smell. This could be problematic for guests with allergies or sensitive skin. A simple refresh of the bedding and a switch to milder laundry products would go a long way in improving the experience. Despite this minor concern, the overall value and comfort still make this a great choice for travelers visiting Sapporo.

The location is unbeatable—just a 2-minute walk from Exit 1 of the Kotoni Station, making it super convenient for exploring the city. Around the station, you’ll find everything you need: a 7-Eleven, fresh produce shops, cozy izakayas, and even an Aeon supermarket open until 10 PM. For those who want to cook, there’s also a 24-hour Maxvalue supermarket nearby—perfect for late-night snacks or essentials. The villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen, though knives aren’t provided due to safety reasons. No worries though—just head up to the 3rd floor of the Aeon Mall and check out Daiso; you can pick up quality kitchen knives and scissors for under ¥100. Super affordable and practical. Overall, this place offers comfort, convenience, and great value—definitely my top choice for future trips to Sapporo!

The only downside? No elevator—just stairs. That meant carrying my two suitcases up to check-in, which was a bit of a workout, but the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout. What made it unforgettable? I accidentally left my IQOS heating device in the bathroom! I'm crossing my fingers it's still there for next time—I might just have to come back and try my luck 😅.
