Service stood out—when we noticed a curtain had come off its track, we reported it, and it was fixed the very next day. That kind of prompt attention really impressed us. Two nights was just right, and the location was excellent, with easy access to downtown Glasgow by public transit. A couple of things to note: if you're particular about breakfast options, be prepared for a classic Scottish spread—think cold cuts, fried eggs, and simple fare—not much in the way of hot or continental choices. Also, there's no parking available on-site, so driving here requires finding off-street options nearby. That said, it didn't take away from the overall experience. The room quality, staff friendliness, and value for money made this a great stay. Highly recommend!
