From the moment we stepped out of our airport transfer, we were greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality that set the tone for our entire stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a well-maintained bathroom. The TV offered a wide variety of channels, perfect for relaxing in the evening. Breakfast was outstanding—especially the live stations where we could order fresh dosa and scrambled eggs to order. The chai was delicious and just what we needed to start the day right. One highlight was the view from our room, which faced the river. We spent hours watching black kites soaring close by—such an exciting and peaceful experience. The only minor drawback was the room’s soundproofing, which isn’t ideal, and some amenities showed signs of wear. But honestly, these small issues didn’t take away from our enjoyment. We had a wonderful time and are so grateful to the front desk and housekeeping team for their professionalism and kindness.

The bar is well-stocked with a great selection of adult beverages and features creative cocktails and mocktails—especially some unique Kerala-inspired drinks that stood out. Since we visited during lunchtime, it wasn’t crowded at all, making it a relaxed and enjoyable spot to unwind. They even offered to serve our lunch right there, which we gladly accepted. We tried a few authentic Kerala delicacies, and every bite was fresh and full of flavor. It’s a fantastic blend of good vibes, tasty food, and excellent drinks—perfect for a laid-back meal or a casual drink after exploring the city.
